Mission Creative's work won 26 awards at 2010 ADDYS, held locally on
Friday February 25, 2011, including ten Gold, and eight Silver ADDYs.
Work created for MC clients was further recognized by receipt of eight
of the Final Fifteen awards. In addition, the firm received the Best of
Show ADDY® award for design and development of a public service,
mixed-media campaign for Dubuque 2.0, located in Dubuque, Iowa. The
Final Fifteen and Best of Show winners will advance to competition at
the American Advertising Federation's 9th District level.

The new creative director of Mission Creative carries the family trait of moving around, but with a twist.
At Mission Creative, Leon develops creative strategy and concepts for
TV, radio, print and everything in between. Mission Creative and the
Telegraph Herald are divisions of Woodward Communications Inc.
"I've found, what I've really kind of enjoyed is working at a smaller
agency, at a smaller creative department and really kind of shaping it,
developing it and really making a difference," he said.

Magazine’s 2009 Regional Design Annual, a handpicked showcase of the year’s
best in print design. Print claims it as
the only comprehensive survey of outstanding design throughout the United
States, with Mission Creative as one of only two agencies featured in Iowa.
